Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Orob, operated by Orob Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Orob, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Orob is an AI routing platform that intelligently routes your requests to specialized AI models. The service includes:

A chat interface for interacting with AI models.
API access for programmatic use of the routing protocol.
Integrations with third-party services (Google, GitHub, Slack, Notion) via OAuth.
File generation, code execution, and multimedia processing capabilities.

2. Account and Access

To use Orob, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Orob for any illegal activities or to generate illegal content.
Abuse, overload, or interfere with the AI models accessed through the platform.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical restrictions.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the routing protocol.
Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others.
Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the platform.
Resell or redistribute access to the platform without authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the outputs generated in response to your prompts. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.
Our platform: Orob Labs owns all rights to the Orob platform, including the routing protocol, algorithms, user interface, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the service.

5. API Usage

If you access Orob via our API:

API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as specified in our documentation.
Your API keys are confidential. Do not share them or expose them in client-side code.
We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these Terms.
You are responsible for all usage incurred through your API keys.

6. Third-Party Services

Orob routes requests to third-party AI model providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Replicate, Together AI, DeepSeek, and HuggingFace. Each provider has its own terms of service and acceptable use policies. By using Orob, you agree to comply with the terms of any third-party service your requests are routed to.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of responses from third-party AI models.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orob is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content. You should review all outputs before relying on them.

8. Termination

You may stop using Orob and request account deletion at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data. We will process deletion requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
